Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached back into their original shipping bag or a secure box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
